Fernando Mendes’ atelier exemplifies the artists’ exquisite craftsmanship and love of wood to create his inspirational, contemporary furniture collection. With degrees in Industrial Design and Architecture, Fernando Mendes is Brazilian design royalty; his cousin was Sergio Rodrigues, the ‘father’ of Brazilian design, and Fernando worked closely with Rodrigues for 7 years.

Since 2002, the Atelier has been dedicated to the design of Fernando’s sophisticated collection, delivering comfort and beauty, testament to the legacy and lineage of Brazil s rich history of woodwork, materials and design.
