The most traditional woodworking joint, the dovetail joint, was the starting point for the design of the Ventura armchair. Light and comfortable with a sleek and elegant design and a base made from native Brazilian wood, featuring traditional woodworking techniques.

Its craftmanship, detailing and comfort are all hallmarks of the Fernando Mendes collection.

With degrees in Industrial Design and Architecture, his inspirational, contemporary furniture collection exemplifies exquisite craftsmanship and a love of wood.

Brazilian design royalty; his cousin was Sergio Rodrigues, the ‘father’ of Brazilian design, and Fernando worked closely with Rodrigues for 7 years before starting his own collection.
