A handmade open edition series for AGO Projects by Federico Stefanovich.

Inspired by the organic world of marine morphology, the wall lamps are Stefanovich’s reinterpretation of forms created by underwater organisms, an exploration of how nature creates forms that are at once light, strong and complex.

Developed with fiberglass and 3D-printed moulds, each wall lamp is finished by hand, allowing nuanced textures and slight variances that make every piece unique. Download the specification sheet for more details.

FEDERICO STEFANOVICH

Mexican designer based in Mexico City, whose practice focuses on collectible design and the creation of sculptural lighting and objects that explore the interplay between form, light, and materiality.

His work is distinguished by meticulous attention to detail, a continuous pursuit of balance, and a deep interest in fostering an emotional dialogue between object and user. Each piece reflects layers of process, cultural history, and collaborations with traditional crafts, moving beyond folkloric stereotypes to propose a contemporary vision of Mexican design.

In 2025, he was named one of Wallpaper Magazine’s “10 Stars Ascending” and received the People’s Choice Award from the AZ Awards.
