A combination of timeless functionality and aesthetic beauty. Espaço’s geometric form, consisting of straight legs and multiple circles, is unique and sophisticated. The seat and backrests are crafted from slim foam layers covered in leather creating an refined, elegant appearance.

The range consists of 3 variations. A low 1960’s designed stool, with fibregalss circular base, and the updated 1980’s low stool and bar stool, featuring a metal base, slightly updated seat and swivel mechanism.

The Atelier Ricardo Fasanello collection is handmade to order and has been in continuous production since the 1960s.

RICARDO FASANELLO

1930-1993

Born in São Paulo in 1930 demonstrate talent from an early age, designing and building sailboats, lofts and his life passion, building race cars.

His career was catapulted onto the international scene in 1968, with the debut of the Fardos chair, a daring ergonomics meets avant-gardist vision. Fasanello’s free-spirited imagination was boosted by his genuinely artisanal creative process, constantly experimentingwith materials and forms and testing new ways of doing things.
