Inspired by the work of a famous, early Brazilian aircraft designer Santo Dumont. Delicate and sophisticated with its angular forms, the frame pays homage to the fuselage of theDemoiselle, one of the first aircraft built by Santos-Dumont.

Its craftmanship and detailing all hallmarks of the ETEL collection.

LIA SIQUEIRA

Lia has received awards from the Institute of Architects of Brazil (IAB) in 1991, 1993, 1994, 2008 and 2011 and has received international awards from iF Design and Red Dot Design. Her work has also been acknowledged by Movesp and given the RiofazDesign seal.

Among the projects dearest to her are those that use wood as a raw material. “I like the smell of wood, I like to touch it. The relationship of man with this material fascinates me. Our intervention can turn wood into something completely different”.
