‘Asa’ means ‘wings’ in Portuguese. in this piece, the dimensions have been thought out so that when the ‘wings’ are opened, it becomes a functional and compartmentalised space, organising pencils, paper, cables, laptops etc. At the end of the day the wings glide closed and everything is hidden. So it looks like a sideboard, or a simple table.

Superb craftmanship and attention to detail has resulted in an exquisite desk that brings gives joy to the work day.
